Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pickup & Drop customer app, the Pickup & Drop Rider app, and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Pickup & Drop ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

01 The service

Pickup & Drop is a platform that connects customers who need a parcel picked up and delivered with independent riders who fulfil those deliveries, and provides an admin dashboard for operating the platform. We facilitate the booking, tracking, and payment for deliveries; we are not a postal service or common carrier.

07 Prohibited items

10 Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users. You may stop using the Service, or request account deletion, at any time from within the app.

11 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Platform operators should replace this section with the specific governing law and dispute-resolution process for their business.)

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

This document is provided as a starting template for the Pickup & Drop platform. Platform operators should have it reviewed by legal counsel and customized with their business's name, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution details before relying on it for a live, public deployment.
